EXTREME CLIMATIC PHENOMENA AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON THE STRUCTURE OF WINE GRAPES IN MINIS-MADERAT VINEYARD
Main Article Content
Abstract
The most frequent extreme climatic phenomena in the Minis-Maderat Vineyard are hail and drought. In the last 10 years, the period of extreme drought has increased from 2-3 to over 7 weeks, in the months of June-July-August, when the grapevine has the greatest need for water, in the phenophases of berry growth, bunch compaction and véraison. The mechanical analysis of the grapes for wine grape varieties from Podgoria Miniș-Măderat reveals this aspect in the composition of their structure.
